Mount Saint Mary College alumni, employees, and students march in the 29th annual Dutchess County St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 2.
With alumnus Andrew O’Grady ’88, LCSW-R, serving as Grand Marshal, more than a dozen Mount Saint Mary College employees, students, and alumni marched in the 29th annual Dutchess County St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 2.
A bit of rain couldn’t dampen the Mount marchers’ spirits as they proudly carried a banner emblazoned with the college’s logo.
O’Grady, the CEO of Mental Health America of Dutchess County, has 32 years of dedicated service to those affected by mental illness and the mental health professionals and systems that treat those individuals. One of the biggest growth areas for MHA, under his leadership, is in working with the Veterans Department.
He was selected to serve as Grand Marshal thanks to his outstanding service throughout the community, noted parade organizers.
