Nursing students Jason Cruz of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; Victoria Ward of Oceanside, N.Y.; Miracle Cooke of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.; Sadie Dirubbio of Beacon, N.Y.; and Brittany Drake of New Windsor, N.Y. lent a hand at the recent Mount Saint Mary College drive.
Mount Saint Mary College students, faculty, and staff, as well as members of the local community, came together early this month for a blood drive in the Fluet Family Auditorium at Hudson Hall.
Dozens of donors gave the gift of life over the course of the two-day drive.
The college’s Student Nurses Association (SNA) planned the event and was among those assisting, along with medical professionals from the New York Blood Center (NYBC).
