Mount Saint Mary College’s Career Center and more than a dozen local employers gave students job opportunities in accounting, business, cybersecurity, and IT during a career fair on campus on Wednesday, October 9.
Employers offered a variety of part-time jobs, internships, and full-time opportunities. The event also gave students the opportunity to learn more about job titles, requirements, the application process, and networking.
The following employers were in attendance: AARP Tax-Aide; Access: Supports For Living; Arthur DeDominicis CPA; Central Hudson Gas & Electric; the Dutchess County Government; KPMG LLP; Laerdal Medical Corporation; Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union; Northwestern Mutual; the Office of the New York State Comptroller; Phil Williams State Farm Insurance Agency; PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP; Pyramid Brokerage Company; RBT CPAs, LLP; the United States Secret Service; and Walden Savings Bank.
The Career Center is often credited by Mount graduates for providing powerful, proven, and practical tools to help shape their post-graduate portfolio.
