Assessment and Care Team (ACT)
ACT is a multidisciplinary panel from key offices across the Mount community who meet on a regular basis to review and evaluate concerns referred to them by members of the MSMC community, regarding students who may be experiencing social, mental, or physical health, academic, or other problems. ACT connects those individuals with campus support and resources they may need and evaluates potential danger to the campus community to prevent harm to campus community members.
The mission of ACT is to support the MSMC community by responding to concerns about individuals who may pose a threat to the safety of themselves or others, or who may substantially disrupt normal college activity. Members of ACT work collaboratively to address the needs of these individuals and the overall well-being of the MSMC community.
Should you have a concern regarding a student, please do not hesitate to complete the Student of Concern Referral Form.
Please note that a report can be anonymous.
Making a report from a non-MSMC email? Please send your concern directly to act@msmc.edu.
