Staying active and healthy is important at all stages in life, but especially while in college! Whether you exercise frequently or just want a way to blow off the occasional steam, you’re welcome to use our on-campus fitness facilities and programs to meet your goals.
Our Facilities

Workout Rooms
No need to go off campus to get in a great workout! Our workout room features treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, a rowing machine, and more.

Residence Hall Workout Rooms
Mini workout rooms are also available in the Dominican Center and Sakac and Guzman Halls.

Kaplan Weight Room
Keep up with your weight training in our weight room, featuring a number of weight machines and dumbbells for your use.

Kaplan Gymnasium
Whenever the Knights aren’t playing, you’re welcome to take to the court with your friends! Plus, our overhead track is open to the Mount community for a relaxing indoor walk or run.

Kaplan Pool
Enjoy a dip in the pool during regular Open Swim hours at the Kaplan Pool! This regulation-size pool is also the home of the Mount’s swim team.

Baseball/Softball Complex
Play ball! Our baseball and softball teams take to the field in our on-campus complex. Plus, you can’t beat those gorgeous views of the river.

Tennis Courts
Although primarily used by our tennis team (or by students cutting across to get to the College Courts), our tennis courts outside of Hudson Hall are a great place to score some points in a singles or doubles game with friends.

Kaplan Turf Field
From a quick game of soccer to a wide open space for a jog, the Kaplan Field is a great place to stretch out.
Intramurals
Looking for all the fun without the competition? Intramurals are a great way to get involved and stay in shape. The Mount's intramural sports include:

The college also offers health and fitness classes open to the entire college community:
