Fit Family Funfest - Family Hike
The Desmond Center for Community Engagement and Wellness invites the community to take part in a wellness series for families. Registration is required.
Here in the Hudson Valley, we have the great privilege of being surrounded by nature. While a gym membership can remain out of reach, access to walking is available to ALL for FREE! The center joins forces with local organization Outdoor Promise, who will take families on a beginner-level local hike of 1 mile with a licensed guide. Take a moment to enjoy the benefits of the great outdoors. Limited transportation available.
