Gina Trask
Assistant Librarian for Assessment & Instruction
Bio
Gina Trask is an Assistant Librarian for Assessment & Instruction. In this role she teaches information literacy skills and oversees the instruction efforts of the team at the Kaplan Family Library. She assesses student learning outcomes and the library's core functions. Trask is passionate about empowering people through information discovery.
Trask's research interests are assessment in libraries, user experience, and instructional design. She holds degrees from Pratt Institute and Hobart & William Smith Colleges, and has worked in libraries for over 15 years. When she's not on campus, she is spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and listening to Mike Birbiglia's comedy podcast.
