2025 Commencement Celebrations
The 2025 Commencement celebrations will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025.
Students planning on graduating in May 2025 must submit their intent to graduate form to the registrar's office by December 2, 2024. The form is available on the MSMC Portal.
As in previous years, our goal with the 2025 Commencement Ceremony is to provide students and their families with a memorable and meaningful celebration of their accomplishments. To achieve this, we are planning an indoor event that will not be impacted by undesirable weather outcomes such as rain, extreme heat, or excessive mud.
Graduates will receive four tickets each that will guarantee guest seating in the Aquinas Hall Theatre. Just like previous Commencement ceremonies, students may invite additional guests to watch the ceremony live in overflow rooms.
Commencement will consist of two ceremonies: one for the Schools of Nursing and Business, and other for the School of Arts, Sciences, and Education. This includes both graduate and undergraduate students.
The Nurse Pinning Ceremony and the Baccalaureate Mass will take place on the Friday before Commencement.
This page will be updated with more information as it becomes available. Graduates who file their intent to graduate for May 2025 will begin receiving emails with details and information in late January 2025 from graduation@msmc.edu.
