Graduate Programs
To make your mark on the world, you’ll need a higher level degree in business to support your goals. A master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) teaches you the managerial and leadership skills you need to be successful in business. Here at the Mount, we offer three MBA tracks: on campus, online, and MBA in Healthcare Management.
If you’re a teacher in New York State or would like to become one, the next step is obtaining a Master of Science in Education to grow your skills as an educator. At the Mount, you can choose to get your MSEd in Childhood Education, Adolescence Education, Special Education, or Literacy, as well as take on Middle School Extensions or dual certifications.
If you want to become a nurse practitioner, you’ll need a Master of Science in Nursing in order to practice. Nurse practitioners can prescribe medications, diagnose conditions, and provide treatment, all while still being focused on patient care. A Master of Science in Nursing can also prepare you for roles in healthcare administration and leadership, teaching, and doctoral school.
Nurse educators are in demand, and a Master of Science in Nursing Education will help you grow your skills as both a nurse and an educator. If you’re looking to advance your career and help teach the next generation of nurses in either an academic or healthcare setting, getting a Master of Science in Nursing Education is the way to do it.
