Nursing
majors: The final Test for Essential Academic Skill
(TEAS) placement exam will be held on campus on June 8, 2013. This
exam is mandatory for all incoming first-year nursing majors. Register

All other majors: Depending on a student’s
intended major and Math SAT or Math ACT test score(s), the Mount
may require an online math placement assessment (ALEKS) to ensure
appropriate course placement. The math placement
assessment will be offered online via
ALEKS (Assessment and
LEarning in Knowledge
Spaces, a Web-based assessment and learning
system).
Please note that you must complete the ALEKS online exam
by June 7, if you are required to take it. Specific
instructions and other important details will be sent to those
