The College Courts are comprised of a series of townhouse-style
buildings.
Renovations of the College Courts were completed in August of
2009. These upperclassmen residences have a lot of space and
comfortable living arrangements. There are several lounges in each
building, and at least one full kitchen. Residents share
semi-private bathrooms, and the College Courts are co-ed by
wing/floor.
These townhouse-style buildings offer single and double
occupancy rooms with a bed, desk with chair, dresser, and closet
for each person. Laundry facilities, study areas, vending machines,
recreation tables, large-screen televisions, and other amenities,
such as the 392 Knight Spot, are located throughout the College
Courts.

There are several different room layouts within the College
Courts.

The College Court lounges feature areas for recreation, relaxing,
and eating.
Phone, Cable TV, and Wireless Internet Access Information
Each bedroom has a phone number which both roommates share;
however, each resident is given their own unique code for billing
purposes. Phones and voicemails are not provided. We suggest
bringing an answering machine.
There is a wireless network that works with desktop computers
and laptops. An FAQ will be mailed out by our IT department, but
there is a one-time cost for the network card and program to be
self installed on the computer. The card is approximately $115 and
can be purchased at the bookstore.
Each bedroom also has cable TV access. Students wishing to use
the cable system must provide their own TV and coaxial
cable. If you have TIVO, bring it with you! TIVO is compatible
with our cable system.

The Knight Spot features weekly student activities and is
available to students throughout the semester.
