Additional Spring Weekend Information
In case of inclement weather, we will be forced to relocate some
of the outdoor events; however, students will be notified via
email.
We will send an updated letter out Friday morning with updates
to the Spring Weekend schedule if necessary.
Please Remember
All vehicles must be moved off the street (Carobene Ct. from
Elmwood to Liberty Street) and from behind CC21 by Friday night at
5 pm for preparation and set up. Please help us (and yourself) and
avoid being disturbed early in the morning by security.
Spring Weekend Policies
No open containers of any type will be tolerated at any event or
anywhere on campus. In addition to open containers, no smoking or
bags will be allowed at indoor events. Those in violation of
College policy will be subject to disciplinary action and will
forfeit their right to attend the event(s). Please have your MSMC
ID at all times; all guests must have a guest pass. Guest policy
will be in effect for events.
Spring Weekend is sponsored by the Student Government
Association, and is for undergraduate students only.
To make Spring Weekend successful and to keep it a tradition,
the Student Government Association needs your help and cooperation.
Please act responsibly and be courteous to all people around you
and on the campus.
Residence hall damage, open containers, fights, alcohol use, and
excess garbage left in/on college property will not be tolerated.
Please do not bring open containers of any kind to the events
throughout the weekend. You will be asked to dump the contents and
leave the event immediately. This includes soda cans, water
bottles, cups, etc.
We encourage you to come out and have a great time, but please
be mindful of your actions. We thank you in advance for your
cooperation, and look forward to celebrating these MSMC traditions
with you!
