Here's a step-by-step guide to start you on the way to
your higher education goals.
Step One
Browse through our web pages to get a sense of our programs, our
diverse and flexible class structures, and our commitment to the
adult student.
Request an information packet for more information.
Step Two
Come join us for one of our informal Information Sessions at the
college, and meet with an academic advisor.
You can register online. This is a great way to get your
questions answered about your academic program, our schedules, and
financial aid, and receive more detailed information.
Step Three
Complete an Online Application (or paper) for
admissions, and have all of your official transcripts sent.
Step Four
Make an appointment with an academic advisor who can look at your
previous coursework (if any), discuss your goals, and help you to
put together an academic plan.
Step Five
Arrange to finance your education by either visiting our Financial Aid pages or
by obtaining tuition reimbursement information from your employer.
Payment policies/information is available from our Finance Office.
Step Six
Attend one of the orientation sessions that we hold before the
start of each session. This will allow you to become familiar with
the campus, obtain a Student ID card, apply for a parking permit,
learn how to navigate our online system for your student
information and meet your fellow students!
Prospective students should start the application process at
least six weeks in advance of the desired start date.
