Eligibility and Cost
All full-time undergraduates may utilize the Health Services
Wellness Center. No appointment is necessary for routine
visits. There is no charge to consult or visit the office staff
including the nurse practitioner and consulting physicians. Minimal
fees for services such as office lab tests, physical examinations,
immunizations and prescription medications are charged to the
student's account.
Acute Injury and Illness Care
The Health Services Wellness Center offers evaluation,
treatment, and follow-up of short-term illnessess and
injuries. Students that are determined to require long-term,
intensive treatment and/or who present with issues that require
services beyond the scope of our office will be referred to
appropriate treatment services off campus.
Annual Physical Examinations
Our office provides physical examinations to all students for
general wellness, clinical nursing clearance, and pre-employment.
Please call our office to schedule an appointment. A $50 fee
applies for all physical examinations.
Immunizations
Meningitis, tetanus, and influenza vaccinations are availabe to
all students. PPD testing to screen for tuberculosis is also
available.

Alternative Care
Health Services Wellness Center offers a variety of alternative
care services including chiropractic care, massage therapy, and
acupuncture. These services are available to all students, faculty,
and staff. Chiropractic care is located at our office. Acupuncture
and Massage Therapy services are provided off campus.

Physical Therapy
Peak Physical Therapy, P.C. provides comprehensive and advanced
physical therapy services on campus Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Appoinments can be scheduled by calling 845-565-5054, indicating
that you need services on the MSMC campus. For more information on
