Bio
Professor Griesemer's research interests include the use of
mathematical models and supporting software applications to solve
complex business problems; expanding the body of knowledge of
operations management; and involving undergraduate and graduate
students in research activities.
Prior to arriving at the Mount, Professor Griesemer spent 23
years working for International Paper Company in their technology
division in a number of assignments, including the development of
advanced packaging systems.
Professor Griesemer has a strong interest in engaging students
in research activities relating to current business, financial and
economic issues as a way to better prepare them for their
professional careers and possible graduate studies.
