Meet the new Career Center Apprentice!
The suspense will end as the Career Center will unveil the
winner of this semester-long Career Center contest and present the
iPad 2!
The Career Center Apprentice competition is winding down.
Students have worked all semester earning points by attending
Career Center events, programs and workshops. The five finalists,
those with the most points, submitted their resumes and cover
letters and interviewed with a panel of employers. The employers
chose the student who will be named the 2012 Career Center
Apprentice. The finalists are:
- Sarah Muller
- Karen Borst
- Yelana Boyko
- Alex Rivera
- Anthony Fragomeni
Why all the fuss? The winner not only gets the recognition, but
they will also win an iPad 2 donated by Advanced Coating
Technologies of Middletown, NY! There are monetary prizes for 2nd
and 3rd place, and Fr. Kevin will treat the top 3 to lunch early
next semester.
So, please join us to see who the Season 2 Career Center
Apprentice will be! The ceremony is Tuesday, November 27 from 4 –
4:30pm in the Aquinas Atrium. All are welcome.
